Barn Storage
The Reynolds Farm Condominium Association Barn storage consists of several storage lockers and floor spaces for large items such as vehicles, motor homes, and trailers. Space is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Rental Requirements
Reynolds Farm Condominium Association requires a security deposit of $150 on any rental space (locker or floor) in the barn, plus the first month's rent.
The security deposit is refundable upon termination of the lease agreement. Regulations regarding barn usage are included in the Rules and Regulations.
