Pet Policy & Cleanup
Reynolds Farm is a pet-friendly community. To ensure all residents can enjoy our shared outdoor spaces, we ask all pet owners to follow these simple community guidelines.
Immediate Cleanup Required
All residents are responsible for the immediate pickup and proper disposal of their pet's waste. This applies to all common areas, including the Community Park, sidewalks, and the areas surrounding the Barn.
Community Rule
Failure to clean up after your pet is a violation of community rules and can result in fines. Please be respectful of your neighbors and our shared environment.
Leash Requirements
For the safety of your pets and your neighbors, all pets must be on a leash when in common areas. Even friendly pets can be unpredictable or cause anxiety for other residents and children.
Longmont City Ordinances
In addition to HOA rules, the City of Longmont requires pet owners to pick up after their pets and maintain control of them at all times in public spaces.
